Crock Pot Mac-N-Cheese

Equipment

  • 1 Slow Cooker

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 16 Oz Mild Cheddar Cheese Freshly shredded is better
  • 16 Oz Mozzarella Cheese Freshly shredded is better
  • 2 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • Salt & Pepper Season to taste
  • 1 TableSpoon Smoked Paprika

Instructions
 

  • Rinse off macaroni in cold water BEFORE cooking to avoid stickiness
  • Add macaroni to boiling water
    Cook to al dente
  • Shred all cheeses
  • Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
  • Cook for one hour - remove lid and stir quickly
  • Cook for 1-2 more hours until done
