Crock Pot Mac-N-Cheese

- 2 lb Elbow Macaroni
- 1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 16 Oz Mild Cheddar Cheese Freshly shredded is better
- 16 Oz Mozzarella Cheese Freshly shredded is better
- 2 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- Salt & Pepper Season to taste
- 1 TableSpoon Smoked Paprika
Rinse off macaroni in cold water BEFORE cooking to avoid stickiness
Add macaroni to boiling waterCook to al dente Shred all cheeses
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
Cook for one hour - remove lid and stir quickly
Cook for 1-2 more hours until done
